What is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to end responsibility for your payment, in essence it helps you buy what you want now and pay for it later. Klarna is the provider of payments to more than 200,000 online stores with over 90 million consumers worldwide trusting Klarna with their purchases.

How does it work?

  1. Add your item(s) over £50 to your basket and complete your order.
  2. Select Klarna and choose a payment offer that suits you.
  3. Once completed your Klarna options will be - Pay later & Pay in 3 with Klarna. Pay in 3 works by taking the first payment from your card when we confirm your order. With the two remaining payments automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. You will get a notification when your payments are due and when they have been collected. Pay Later is a form of credit which allows you to delay payment of your purchase by 30 days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. Complete the payment online at your convenience, at no extra cost.

Will a credit search take place against me?

There will be a soft credit check on application to determine if you are eligible for this payment method. These do not impact your credit file, at application or if a payment is missed or late.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/ return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.

You can review all of you Klarna purchases either through the app or by logging onto klarna.com.
